Together, we create space for you to settle back into your body, reconnect with your clarity, and begin designing the energetic blueprint of who you are becoming in 2026.

Across four deeply intentional 90-minute Soul Sessions (with the option to add a fifth), we will nurture the inner work winter calls for:

Between sessions, you receive unlimited weekday soul support from me through text and voice memo. This is where the integration happens — where you stay steady, aligned, and held throughout the season. You are never doing this work alone.
