I am reiki master, life coach, mentor, and meditation teacher who has helped women make the transition to live, feel and love from the heart for over 20 years. My mission on this earth is to assist others in being energetically responsible and strive to be good, live good, and to discover their soul’s purpose. I help people awaken to their best possible lives and enlist their full potential through coaching, certification programs, private reiki consults, women empowerment circles, and more. My vision is to empower transformation in the world by helping people to take charge of their mind, emotions and energy. Coaching is my essence; a space to be heard, encouraged, challenged, held accountable and to meet your soul.

Funny enough, I’ve always been told that I live in "Sally’s world"—and you know what? I absolutely do! I embrace being a conscious creator of my reality, where everything is infused with joy and intention.

As a true Virgo, I can’t help but beautify everything around me. I have a deep obsession with astrology, literally living my life by the stars, and I’m equally captivated by Feng Shui, crafting beautiful spaces that nourish the soul. My love for planning means I’m always the organizer in my circle, ensuring we have everything mapped out for our adventures!

And let’s not forget my Aries moon! I thrive on fun and spontaneous dancing, bringing light-heartedness and joy to every gathering. My approach to life is all about weaving love, beauty, and creativity into everything I do.

In my world, time with family is a treasured gift. You can find me enjoying beach days, paddle boarding on serene waters, or soaking up the soul-resetting energy of a good hike. I adore exploring cute coffee shops and find immense joy in cooking delicious meals at home with my loved ones.

A fun fact about me is that I am an officiant—marrying people is one of my greatest joys! Celebrating love and uniting couples fills my heart with happiness, and I cherish every moment of those beautiful ceremonies.

When I'm not working with my incredible community, you can find me in my garden, cultivating herbs and plants that nourish both body and soul, or enjoying mindful moments of meditation and reflection.
